1. Age Restriction
Vellixo products contain nicotine and are intended for adults 18 years of age or older only. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age for purchasing nicotine products in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be verified.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors can occur — if we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before proceeding.
3. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer on all orders. Online card payment will be enabled once available — where it's offered, all transactions are processed securely and we never store your full card details.
4. Shipping
Orders over AED 150 qualify for free standard shipping. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days; express delivery takes 1–2 business days for an additional fee. All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging.
5. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, opened items cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
